From assisting you with information about schools for the kids, importing pets or firearms and vehicle registration, to where to find the best Chinese food, we go the extra mile in customer service. And as associates of The Real Estate Professionals and licensed Guam real estate agents, we can also help you find a perfect place to live whether you intend to rent or buy. Make your reservations using our on-line form and give us all the details we need to get started. We'll confirm your reservations and get back with you. We'll also make contact with your military sponsor and work with them to make sure your new command is appraised of your arrival status. We'll even meet you at the airport to make sure everything goes as planned!
For every 10 days, or a pro-rated portion thereof, GuamPCS.com will provide an invoice for you to submit to your housing office. Our invoice will reflect per day charges equal to the amount you are authorized for the lodging portion of your TLA. Any allowance you receive for food and other expenses is not affected in any way. You remit the lodging portion of your allowance after you receive reimbursement. This means our service is at no direct cost to you, minimizing your out of pocket expenses.
Non-TLA Customers

Outbound Customers:
Make your reservations as early as possible and let us know the dates you've been authorized TLA by your command. We'll confirm the details with you and make arrangements to meet you at your hotel on check in day to deliver invoices for submission to your command so the reimbursement process can get started right away. We'll also arrange for your car to be delivered at your convenience. Need a ride to the airport? Just let us know your flight information and we'll arrange the hotel shuttle for transportation.
Command Sponsors:
Assigned by your command to sponsor incoming personnel?
GuamPCS.com will take care of everything for you. We maintain close contact with our customers and their sponsors to make sure their needs are met. We'll make hotel arrangements at approved facilities and provide them with a complimentary car for their use during their TLA status. Our representatives will meet them at the airport and make sure they get settled in without hassle, as promised. We'll also ensure transportation to the hotel is available and give them all the information they need to make their first days on Guam hassle free and easy. We'll stay in contact with you throughout the process keeping you in the loop with all the details.
And our service doesn't end when the customer gets to their hotel. We maintain contact with our clients and help them smooth out the bumps encountered during their transition. As licensed Guam Real Estate Agents, we can also assist with permanent lodging needs, whether they prefer to rent or buy.
We'll even pass along messages, phone numbers, etc, to your newly arriving personnel so they'll know who to call & where to go the next morning AND give you a local cellular phone number to contact them.
GuamPCS.com is Guam's only TLA Service available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to help you with your urgent needs. You won't see the other guys at the airport at 0200 picking up your people.
