Terms and Conditions

Please take a moment to read through our simple and straight forward customer service agreement. This agreement is designed to protect all parties and to guarantee our service to you. You will not be asked to pay anything up front for our services. You pay only when you're reimbursed for your lodging expenses, and only the amount reimbursed to you for that purpose. Our invoices will not tap into your allowance for meals and incidentals expenses under any circumstances.

Our Promise to You:

GuamPCS.com agrees to secure lodging and complimentary car reservations for the client upon request for the duration of the client's authorized TLA period, as determined by the client's command. Further, GuamPCS.com agrees that all fees charged to the client will not exceed his or her authorized TLA allowance: The client will be billed, in 10 day increments, for services based only on the lodging authorized for his or her family size, nothing more. The client will incur no direct (out of pocket) expense.

Your Promise to Us:

The client agrees, by confirming reservations via the GuamPCS.com website, to the following:

Notify GuamPCS.com of any changes in itinerary or status promptly, so that we may adjust your reservations as required.
Present invoices to the appropriate finance office in a timely manner, and make payment to GuamPCS.com for the lodging portion of your allowance within five days of receipt of reimbursement.
Pay for incidental expenses charged to the room (i.e., movies, food, etc).
Take reasonable care and caution in the operation of your complimentary vehicle and return the vehicle promptly when requested at the conclusion of the TLA period authorized by your parent command. GuamPCS.com is not liable for damage done to or by the vehicle, caused by you or any other party. Client agrees that no unauthorized persons will operate the vehicle. Client agrees that if he or she chooses to use the vehicle beyond the TLA period, client will be responsible for payment of rental fees and any incidental expenses associated with the extended use of the vehicle.
Indemnification. Client further agrees to indemnify Pac Vision, Inc. (DBA: GuamPCS.com) against any liability arising out of his or her use of complimentary vehicle.
