GuamPCS.com Client Service Agreement

Terms and Conditions:

Please take a moment to read through our simple and straight forward customer service agreement. This agreement is designed to protect all parties and to guarantee our service to you. You will not be asked to pay anything for our services.

Our Promise to You:

GuamPCS.com agrees to secure lodging and / or rental car reservations upon request for client's authorized TLA period. Further, GuamPCS.com agrees that all fees charged to the client will not exceed his or her authorized TLA allowance: The client will be billed, in 10 day increments by the lodging facility for an amount not to exceed the current military rate for the specific lodging facility.

Rental Car Reimbursement:

GuamPCS.com will reimburse the client for five (5) days of rental car expenses when reservations are booked through us and the client avails of our real estate services. Upon signing of the rental / purchase contract for your home and receipt of the security deposit, GuamPCS.com will credit the clients account. In the event the client fails to complete the terms of the contract, the client agrees that any amount paid by GuamPCS will be deducted from the security deposit.

TLA Loans:

At the clients request, and on a case by case basis, GuamPCS may cover the clients hotel bill for a period of 30 days or until the client is reimbursed for the lodging expense, whichever comes first.

Your Promise to Us:

The client agrees, by confirming reservations via the GuamPCS.com website, to the following:

1. Notify GuamPCS.com of any changes in itinerary or status promptly, so that we may adjust your reservations as required. Client agrees that cancellation of a reservation less than 24 hours in advance may result in a 1 day charge by the hotel.
2. Present invoices to the appropriate finance office in a timely manner, and in the case of GuamPCS pays in advance for the clients lodging expense, make payment to GuamPCS.com for the lodging portion of your allowance within five days of receipt of reimbursement.
3. Pay for incidental expenses charged to the room (i.e., movies, food, etc).
4. Take reasonable care and caution in the operation of your rental vehicle. GuamPCS.com is not liable for damage done to or by the vehicle, caused by you or any other party. Client agrees that no unauthorized persons will operate the vehicle.
5. Indemnification. Client further agrees to indemnify Pac Vision, Inc. (DBA: GuamPCS.com) against any liability arising out of his or her use of our service.
